• New patient appointments must be made in person (not by phone or email)
  1. During clinic hours (see Clinic Schedule and Hours)
  2. At the Retail store front counter Tuesday thru Saturday from 11 am – 6 pm. 

• Please collect your new patient info packet, which must be completed and returned at the time of your appointment.

  • Please email all previous vet medical records to guptonshousevet@gmail.com prior to your appointment.  Appointments are subject to cancellation if records are not received prior to the appointment

• Select your appointment date and time—the associate at the counter will assist you.
  • $45.00 surgical appointment processing fee (nonrefundable) must be paid to
                make a surgery appointment.  See the release form in the new patient
     information packet for more details.
  • If you miss a non-surgical appointment with less than 36 hours' notice, a $35 fee must be paid before Dr Harvey will see your pet again
